💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your spot, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Payment Options:

Option 1: Pay in Full

  • Pay the entire amount at checkout.

Option 2: Pay Monthly

  • $300 non-refundable deposit due at booking

  • Remaining balance split into 3 payments due on: • August 1st • September 1st • October 1st

Option 3: Pay Weekly

  • $300 non-refundable deposit due at booking

  • Remaining balance split across 10 weekly payments starting from the week you sign up

    Note: Full payment must be completed by October 6th, 2025.

🚫 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel on or before September 12 (31+ days before): ✅ 100% refund minus 5% processing fee

  • Cancel between September 13–28 (30–15 days before): ✅ 50% refund minus 5% processing fee

  • Cancel on or after September 29 (within 14 days of trip): ❌ No refund
